Traci Sakellakis

Traci is the founder of Revolution Indoor Cycling Studio. Traci was hooked after taking her first Spin class. Her love of this challenging workout led her to become an indoor cycling instructor and to eventually open her own studio. Traci's goal is to create an upbeat environment with a friendly staff that encourages positive thinking and positive results. Her classes are full of energy and are sure to get you motivated. Traci has worked at numerous facilities before founding her own studio. Traci is certified in indoor cycling by Madd Dog Athletics and by Keiser. She also has a Youth Fitness Certification by IFTA and has taught youth fitness and youth Spin classes. She is also an AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer. She aims to create a unique and exhilarating class each and every time.

Lisa Barbosa

Lisa has been working in the fitness industry for over eight years and she has been spinning for six years. She has her certification in Indoor Cycling with IFTA. "Exercise has been a very large and healing part of my life in so many different ways. I hope to share with others what I've experienced by teaching classes that people actually look forward to coming to. I want them to leave feeling completely refreshed mentally and physically. My classes will bring high-energy fun!"

Jennifer Giordano

Jen became a cycling enthusiast after her brother invited her to take a "leisurely bike ride" one Saturday afternoon 10 years ago. Thirty-three miles later, she was hooked. Her affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. Certified by Madd Dog Athletics, she has been instructing spin classes for almost two years. A genuine athlete at heart, Jen is passionate about spinning as a vehicle to a healthy mind, body and spirit. She believes that the challenge indoor cycling presents pushes people to test their physical and personal limits. Her philosophies as a coach and instructor are grounded in the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment in which to develop their skills. Ride on!

Carla Feaster

Carla's love and enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle will draw you in and keep you coming back every week. Carla is an AFAA certified group exercise instructor with specialties in Spinning and Pilates. She is also an AFAA certified Personal Trainer. She believes that everyone at every fitness level can find the power and drive within themselves to realize all of their personal goals. Carla brings personal training and individual modifications into every group exercise class to meet each individual's needs and ability. As an instructor, she will motivate you and inspire you with energetic workouts, constant support and challenging routines. She will be a constant source of positive reinforcement and coaching every step of the way. Exercise, eating healthy, and enjoying each of your personal goals will bring you to where you want to be!

Carol D’Anna

Carol has been teaching spin classes for over eight years. Carol has a passion for cycling that she passes on to her riders, making her classes exciting and fun. She is is energetic, enthusiastic, and gets the most out of her riders!
